    Once completed, you will become a licensed HOTB menopause training franchise partner, with all the autonomy of being self employed but without feeling like you are out there on your own. Under the HOTB umbrella, you will have access to training materials, slides, handouts, client proposal templates, social media templates and ongoing business support. 

    You will learn:

    • An intro to HOTB. Get to know each other. What is your story? What is your goal? What is our role?
    • The endocrine system, sex hormones, changes in perimenopause, what stage are you at?
    • Female hormone conditions and how they impact menopause - with Dr Katie Hodgkinson
    • Common health challenges in midlife and racial difference in the menopause experience 
    • Metabolic Syndrome, pre-diabetes and gut health
    • Mental health & menopause, neurodiversity, trauma and addiction

    Sophie is a certified menopause coach with personal lived experience of peri-menopause.  Sophie is passionate about breaking down the menopause taboo by raising awareness both in the workplace and the local community.  She believes that having the right access to information before peri-menopause would lead to a more positive life transition.
