      This course will help you gain an in depth knowledge of menopause and how you can support employees within your organisation.  It will equip you with the tools and skills needed to be the 'go to' person for menopause information, knowledge and signposting.  You will understand how to continue to raise awareness and work towards creating a more inclusive environment for anyone going through peri-menopause and menopause. 

      This course also comes with 1:1 consultations for the first 3 months, for support and advice following completion of the course.

      Sophie Cartledge is a certified menopause trainer and coach and founder of Hormones on the blink. With lived experience of peri-menopause, she is passionate about removing the taboo surrounding menopause and creating space for open conversation both in and out of the workplace. 

      Recently recognised for her work in the community and supporting local businesses, Sophie received the Emerging business award at the Inspirational women of Portsmouth awards - 2023.
