    If you manage a team and want to be pro-active about building a menopause inclusive environment, then this course is for you.  It will help you recognise the symptoms of menopause and really understand how this can affect people at work.  You will gain the confidence to have open conversations and get creative with reasonable adjustments in line with your workplace policies.  

    This course is for one person only and only one CPD certificate can be issued upon completion.

    Recently recognised for her work in the community and supporting local businesses, Sophie received the Emerging business award at the Inspirational women of Portsmouth awards - 2023.
