Who Am I Now?
A short, clear starting point for neurodivergent women in perimenopause.
You’ve held it together for years, reading the room, pushing through, being the calm one.
You’ve held it together for years, reading the room, pushing through, being the calm one.
But now the mask is slipping. Your hormones have shifted. Your capacity has collapsed.
And you’re quietly wondering: Who even am I underneath all this?
This is what we call Identity Whiplash & the Double Reveal:
👉 Perimenopause colliding with late-discovered ADHD or autism
👉 A lifetime of coping strategies suddenly falling away
👉 And no one explaining how it all connects
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving you the context and clarity you’ve been missing, so you can finally see what’s happening and how to move forward.

What this course is really here for:
You’ve just discovered your neurodivergence. Your hormones are shifting. And it feels like the floor’s dropped out from under you.
You’re not sure what’s burnout and what’s biology.
Your GP’s offering surface-level answers, but too much still doesn’t add up. And you’re quietly asking yourself: is this foggy, reactive, flattened version of me just who I am now?
Relationships feel harder. Your body feels louder.
And even the smallest things feel like too much.
You miss the version of you who had more capacity but maybe that wasn’t the real you either. Maybe this isn’t about becoming someone new but recognising what you’ve been carrying, what’s shifted, and what’s still there underneath it all.
You want to understand what’s going on. You want to feel steadier in your own skin. You want a way forward that actually honours what you need now, not who you were before everything changed.
This course gives you that starting point.
To make sense of what’s happening.
To stop blaming yourself.
And to see the woman you’ve always been, still here, just asking for something different.
In Under An Hour You'll Get:
Because when your sense of self is shifting and your sensitivity has dialled all the way up, you don’t need to make peace with it all at once.
You need a way to understand how you got here, so you can start to reconnect with yourself and see what you actually need next, with clarity, not self-blame.
Sound Familiar?
Then this course is for you.
You’ve just discovered you’re ADHD or autistic and your hormones feel out of control
You’re tired of reading more advice that just adds to the noise
You’re deep in burnout, but people keep telling you “this is just how life is now” and you know that just can't be true
You have had enough of being treated like you’re the problem by other people and by that voice in your own head. You want it to stop, but you don’t know where to start.
You’ve been trying to piece things together: perimenopause, overwhelm, exhaustion but nothing fully explains what you’re feeling
Maybe you’re trying to get back to the “old you.”Or figure out what was masking and what is actually your personality?
Why this course exists
When perimenopause hit at 40 and I was diagnosed AuDHD at 44, I couldn’t tell where the hormones ended and the burnout began. I didn’t recognise my own capacity, or my own voice. I built this course not to offer a fix but to give a clear explanation of what’s happening in your body and brain, a way to join the dots, and a framework to help you move forward without overriding your nervous system.
And it’s not just lived experience. This is my work.
I deliver training to workplaces, health care professional and have delivered menopause and neurodivergence training for NHS Trusts, the Royal College of General Practitioners, and peer support groups across the UK, always with one goal:
To join the dots between brain, body and hormones, so that women stop being treated like the problem and start getting care that actually connects.
Who Am I Now? brings that same clarity to you.
