A few more words about this course

For the women navigating perimenopause and a late ADHD / Autism diagnosis and wondering if this version of them is here to stay.
This isn’t a diagnosis explainer. And it’s definitely not a mindset reset. It’s a space to make sense of the noise, internally and systemically, so you can figure out what’s actually yours.

Over six chapters, you’ll unpack what happens when identity shifts collide with perimenopause & nervous system overload.

You’ll get tools to spot the difference between who you are and what burnout’s made of you.
You’ll find language for things you’ve been feeling but couldn’t quite name.

With real-world context & lived experience, soft structure, and the kind of clarity that feels like coming up for air.

    You will learn:

    • A way to make sense of what’s happening when everything starts shifting at once.
    • A fresh lens on why old patterns and memories might be resurfacing now.
    • Get clear on the link between burnout, hormones, and your body’s survival response.
    • The clarity to pause before making identity decisions from a place of burnout.
    • Practical ways to advocate for your needs, without over-explaining, or apologising.
    • A re-introduction to parts of yourself you didn’t lose you just couldn't see for while

    About

Sophie Cartledge is a workplace trainer, educator, and founder of Hormones on the Blink, a values-led platform supporting women navigating the intersection of perimenopause, hormone health, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence. She delivers training, workshops, and resources that bridge the gap between hormone science, lived experience, and real-world systems change, with a voice that’s clear & human.  Sophie’s work is rooted in one simple belief: you’re not broken. You’ve just been under-resourced, misinformed, and asked to function in systems that were never built for your body or brain.
